She has successfully represented high profile individuals and major corporations in a broad range of matters, including health care fraud, securities fraud, bribery, extortion, RICO offenses, and environmental and defense contracting cases. She has appeared on behalf of clients before the U.S. Attorney, Department of the Attorney General, Bureau of Prisons, Department of Justice, and other state and federal regulatory bureaus. She has obtained acquittals in her last nine trials, six of which were complex cases tried in federal district court. In addition, last summer she obtained a defendant’s verdict in a civil case arising out of the Madoff Ponzi scheme. She has also helped many individuals and companies avoid charges through her pre-indictment and pre-litigation advocacy.

Throughout her career, Ms. Miner has received many recognitions and awards for her expertise in criminal defense. She is a Litigation Counsel of America Fellow.
