Mitchell Perne is an associate with Demeo LLP, focusing on commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he defended against a variety of state and federal claims at Morrison Mahoney, LLP, as an associate. Mr. Perne also served as Assistant District Attorney for two years in the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office. He is currently one of 20 attorneys chosen as academy fellows for the 2023-2024 Massachusetts Bar Association Leadership Academy Class.
Mr. Perne earned a B.A. in political science and international studies from the University of Missouri in 2015. In 2018, he earned a J.D. from Boston College Law School. While earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Perne was a research assistant and held internships with Collora, LLP (now Hogan Lovells) as well as the London office of State Street Corporation.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
